Excellent level of service
Pleasant welcoming reception staff who always smile. They are very helpful re making appointments and try their best to find dates and times for clients. The level of service and treatment from the dental practitioners is excellent. They ensure that you are comfortable and understand the procedures ahead. I have never felt that treatment is rushed even though the waiting room is busy with other clients.

Accommodating and understanding
I was not looking forward to my appointment today, having had a negative experience previously in another practice. Rachel put me at ease straight away by explaining how I would probably benefit from air polishing and that we could take as much time out as I needed if the procedure became overwhelming. So very accommodating and understanding! Extremely happy with the results already! Wow!

Exemplary service
Another great visit, very friendly, relaxing, would highly recommend this surgery for anxious patients. I hadn’t been to a dentist for several years before coming here and needed quite a bit of work. The dentist was very professional and calming and made every visit so relaxed. My teeth are completely fixed now and I’m back to 6-monthly checkups. If you’ve been putting off or are embarrassed in any way, like I was, please book in. They are outstanding.
