Dentist was lovely and friendly

My appointment started half an hour after the appointment time, so I was waiting around for a while but I know this happens, so wasn’t a problem. Dentist was lovely and friendly and gave great tips on brushing etc.

Our family dentist for over 25 years

5 star service as always. Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Mr Jones is excellent, he puts you at ease if you’re feeling a bit nervous. He’s been our family dentist for over 25 years.

My experience

I've never had such an excruciating hygienist appointment. I haven't had one for years as I haven't been offered one or been advised to have one. It was very painful. I was asked if I'd like pain killers but since I've never experienced one like this before, declined. In hindsight, I would have gladly accepted!
