Brilliant customer service from the receptionist’s as I had telephoned the surgery a few times and they never made me feel that I was bothering them and that they had time for me. Today was the first time I saw Erica and pleased that I did. She took time to explain everything and make recommendations.

The Dentist for me has been fear and dread since I have become older. Omar and his staff make what is a very anxious time for me bearable. For putting up with me they deserve a medal !!!

Excellent experience.

It was a massive filling, and yet it took very little time to do. It looks absolutely great compared to years ago when teeth looked increasingly silver. It feels a lot healthier since I have an allergy to metal around my face and neck.

Myself, my daughter and my 2 stepchildren are regulars at the practice - I have been for many years. All staff are amazing, reception, dental assistants and dentists.. so kind and helpful, we have never struggled to get an appointment and are always looked after so well. Myself and my my 2 (nearly 3) year old daughter came for our appointment last week, our 3rd on together, and Erica was just brilliant as always. My daughter was a bit more nervous this time, but Erica assured me it was completely normal at her age, and that I had still done the right thing by bringing her from just a baby - before she even had teeth! My little girl sat on my knee and my teeth were checked first. Then (after a bit of a struggle, that was made better by the dentist and assistant) Aila's teeth were checked and all good. They then had to X-ray my mouth, during this, they both stepped outside the room and looked after her during the short process and she felt completely at ease, despite her initial anxiety. They gave us all their time and were so lovley, giving Aila a sticker at the end and making sure it was tthe one she wanted. Thank you all so much for looking after us and our teeth so well, we will be with you for many years to come. ❤️

We are very happy with treatment received from Paddy and Rachel. Paddy seems like a friend and we do like rallying!
