I did not feel rushed
Efficient system for entering the surgery, felt safe. Had to wait a while, but when I was called I did not feel rushed. I felt I had his attention.

My first visit to the practice Monday 7th July 2021, I had an emergency appointment as I had broken a tooth. I was very worried about attending as I have been shielding during the pandemic, however, the staff were all wonderful, I felt very safe and happy with the treatment plan that was put in place.

Emergency dental treatment
I lost a deep filling on Thursday 26 May and was able to make an appointment for the next day to sort things out. I was delighted with this prompt appointment as I was going away for a few days and was worried about possible problems while away from home. Though I didn’t see my regular dentist ( who I have seen for the last 20+ years) as he wasn’t available, the dentist I saw was excellent and explained everything to me. This is fantastic service and very much appreciated as I was having visions of toothache for the whole weekend.

I could not fault the service I received today from reception to dentist and hygienist all members of the group were welcoming and the time waiting was minimal. Covid rules were followed and my next appointment arranged before I left well done all.

An excellent dental practice
I received a very friendly, efficient and professional service from everyone at the Marton Dental Practice as with all my visits. I required an urgent appointment and the staff were extremely helpful and were able to fit me really quickly with Mr Jones. I was very happy with the treatment I received and the measures in place due to the COVID restrictions were also excellent. Overall an excellent dental practice.
