Very gentle, attentive
The Dentist I saw and her technician were lovely, very gentle, attentive, and made me feel very relaxed and explained everything really well. Had a bit of a wait for the checkup but could see it was a busy time with school finishing etc. The receptionists very friendly and gave excellent customer service.

Holt House
I am really pleased with my dentist and would rate him at 5 . The lower score reflects the customer care element . At the reception level there was a long wait (5 deep ) on arrival and similar on waiting to pay . There appeared to be 3 people behind the desk chatting with little attention to the queue .Hope this helpful .

Recent dental appointment
I sometimes have to wait a long time in the waiting room to get seen. Also I have had quite a few late appointments cancelled and rearranged. It is difficult when you have to fit work in around an appointment.

Dental appointment
I Booked in for a double appointment for a replacement filling. I received a call to say the appointment was cancelled. Re booked and was told by the dentist, who is new to me, that I need a crown and X-rays, and he didn't have time to do either. He filled the cavity with what he said was a temporary filling. The appointment took 5 minutes, when I had booked a double appointment. On re booking, the receptionist questioned why he hadn't done X-rays, as he had time. I re booked for X-rays, and saw a different dentist who had me booked in for a check up. I explained the situation, and he checked the notes, and said they were unclear. He then did the X-rays, even though I wasn't booked in for them, and said that he felt a crown wasn't needed and that the temporary filling looked like composite, which I assume means permanent. The cavity wasn't prepped or cleaned, I assumed because it was just a temporary filling. All in all a pretty unsatisfactory experience. We have had Osman for years, and he was fabulous. I am not impressed with his replacement.

Had an emergency appointment today, liked the new dentist I saw since I need a needle in the mouth because I need a new filling the dentist reassured me and kept me calm throughout. Would definitely recommend Holt House.

Recent dental appointment
Reception took ages to see me. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Had been told I could see a different dentist at this appointment due to a previous complaint about lots of cancelled appointments but saw the same one as usual. Late going in and was in the chair 30 seconds maximum to be told the same as at every other appointment. I don't want to see that woman again.
