Always helpful and professional.

I have been extremely disappointed by the service received. Earlier in the year, on 2 occasions whilst heavily pregnant I left work in Derby to travel to appointments at Holt House. On the first occasion there was no record of my appointment and on the second occasion it had been cancelled but I had not been notified (except for a letter that was waiting that day when I got home AFTER the appointment). Most recently my appointment was cancelled by text message which was fine although I received a letter a few days after implying that it was in fact I who had missed the appointment and that I should in future make contact if I am not able to attend!! I have since tried to phone several times in order to book an appointment only to be kept on hold for over 15 minutes each time and have so far therefore been unsuccessful. As an NHS employee myself I would be extremely disappointed to offer such a poor service, particularly in a climate where budgets are tight and resources limited, as this impacts on both the service and the patients. I would be more than happy to discuss these issues further in order to help improve vital services

I would not want it to close as I'm happy to continue using Holt House. However there is nearly always an issue with waiting. Frequently by 30 minutes. Staff seem to come and go quite regularly so there is sometimes a lack of continuity. The care/ treatment I've had has been fine . The meet and greet at reception needs improving.

Efficient and thorough.

Access is not good as lots of steps and nowhere close to park. Needed to bring new born baby so had her in carrier but was unable to put her anywhere due to health and safety. Luckily we had bumped into a family member who I was able to leave her with during my appointment.
