The dentist did a great job

I thought going to the dentist was going to be dreadful but as soon as I arrived I felt totally at ease, the dentist did a great job as did his assistant. I give it 10 out of 10.

I have trust in my dentist Dr Osman that he has my best interest when it comes to taking care of my teeth. Also other members of staff have always been caring, welcoming and courteous. Thank you.

Emergency appointment

Able to make emergency appointment for abcess. Dentist was efficient and gave prescription for antibiotic with clear instructions for pain relief etc. Able to make additional appointment to see regular dentist within a week for follow up re extraction.

Recently I have had 2 cancellations last minute which makes thing difficult for me as I make appointments for 3 people so I think you should see a different dentist at least you get your appointment.
But on the whole the actual appointment for us 3 is usually over in 15/20 mins it the filling in on the pad which takes time and in general I'm very happy with the service all 3 of us feel very comfortable with the whole experience so which is excellent.

Dentist was good and service was ok but filling fell out and following appointment cancelled due to no nurses available so have to wait 3 days for an appointment to rectify problem.

We didn't have to wait for long before seen. Nice and friendly staff we had a laugh. Dentist himself was lovely and friendly made you feel relaxed.
