The hygienist has a excellent approach

The hygienist has a excellent approach. She communicates very well, is empathetic and keeps you informed about every stage of the process. She gives encouragement and clear guidance. I feel very lucky I am at this practice as Osman Eltom is amazing too.

Yesterday's visit to Holt House was very pleasant. A friendly welcome, only a short wait to be seen and met by a smiling technician.
My dentist explained everything to me and my procedure was over promptly and without any problems.

Matlock - Holt House

Overall the service has been good but there have been a couple of times when I showed up for an appointment and the system had messed up and another time when a broken tooth was not detected, so I gave a middle score.
