I have been with this practice for many years, so the dentists and dental assistants keep changing but they have always done good work and have been pleasant to meet. The systems for appointments and for communicating with the practice could be better. Some of this might be due to having new IT systems and the long wait for NHS appointments meaning many patients were not registered on this new system. The admin staff are friendly and helpful so I think it is mainly the systems that are the problem.
