They always have time to listen

Always a friendly welcome and smiling face to greet you, made to feel like an important person. They always have time to listen or to explain things to you, they are a great team.

Holt House

My dentist has cancelled three times due to illness. She filled my tooth and 20 mins later it fell out. Had to wait weeks to see her again. Chipped tooth has lacerated my tongue, due to three cancellations on her part. Saw another dentist and have two temporary fillings. One fell out the next day. I don' thave a fear of dentists and I always attend appointments, but this experience makes me want to seek an alternative practice. The web booking system always says there are no appointments available, but when I told the older receptionist she said "there should be appointments. It's not my thing.". Really?However, 10/10 for contacting me on the days that my dentist isn't at work. Perhaps it should be the other way round

Really good patient care

It is really nice to know if there is a problem at any time they will sort it out with no upset to oneself which is rare today. Really good patient care.
