Matlock, Holt House
Got stuck in traffic yesterday so called practice to let them know as a courtesy - 1st of 3 of us got there around 3 mins late and they wouldn't see any of us (even though we were early for appointments 2 & 3) - after making a fuss they agreed to see one of us with the other two having to come back another day - this is not acceptable.

Genesis Dental
As ever, I waited approx 30 minutes before I was able to see the dentist. Appt. was for 9.30, and my name was called at 10.05 when I was on the verge of leaving. It's very frustrating to always have to wait- I appreciate things can't always run to schedule, but maybe you could allow extra time for appointments?

I have had the best experiences
I had a huge fear of dentists for years due too a bad experience but moving myself to Matlock Holt House I have had the best experiences and finally got over my fear !! And will happily remain there, thank you.

Quick appointment
I got an appointment quickly, the receptionist listened to my request and asked the right questions (are you in pain etc), my appointment was on time to the minute, Sophie listened, gave me a choice, was gentle, worked quickly and carefully. She did my check up (due next month) at the same time and I left Holt House feeling 100% satisfied with the treatment I received. The dentist and dental nurse were unfailing polite, not just to me but to each other.Everything was checked and confirmed. I was anxious that I may lose a tooth with a deep split in it and now I hope it will be with me for a few years longer.

I waited over 35 minutes to be seen, receptionists were very apologetic but didn't know why I was so late, when I asked I was told they had had a very busy afternoon but while I was waiting nobody came down from upstairs.
