Matlock Holt House
Have had two previous appointments cancelled.
Waiting times too long. Have given up on one occasion. Yesterday told wait would be 10 mins but was half an hour. No cleaning done just recommendation to go to hygienist.

Good experience by hygienist. Not as terrifying as I thought it would be. Check up fine.
I was early/ on time. I seemed to be the only patient waiting but still went in 10 minutes after due appointment.

Lovely and professional staff
Lovely and professional staff, receptionists, dental nurses and dentist. I was terrified of local anesthetic but my dentist talked me through the whole process of relaxing whilst he was doing the injection and it didn't hurt at all.

I have just under gone treatment for AML, my crown had come out so worried I would catch an infection but you kindly got me in the following day and put it back in, thank you.
