Good thorough examination.
Understand the use of a face mask during examination, but would prefer to all other talk to be with face uncovered: much easier to understand conversation and gives a warmer, more welcoming atmosphere. I did mention this in my last review of the same dentist

The dentist was gentle

Not running too late and the dentist was gentle and kind. The receptionist was very courteous and the dentist's assistant was most helpful, carrying my coat and handbag upstairs for me.

Very kind

I take a 93-year-old gentleman who can't walk very well, also blind in 1 eye, not much vision in the other, they do their most to help every time we go. Very kind and considerate, thank you
