Made me feel completely at ease
Very welcoming & reassuring, it’s been a long time since I went to the dentist and I felt so comfortable from Molly checking me in to the dental assistant taking me for my appointment and the dental surgeon made me feel completely at ease, despite the terrible condition my teeth are in at the moment but I can’t wait to go back and finally get sorted, I’ve been putting this off for several years and couldn’t have felt more at ease after my first examination since before Covid. Thank you Holt House Dental Practice, thanks to you I might actually be able to smile confidently at my son’s up & coming wedding.

My wife and I both had appointments with Tafadzwa Mbengeranwa and, as usual, she was brilliant. She put us at our ease, as we’re both quite nervous of the dentist, and made the whole experience much less stressful as we have endured in the past.
We were both informed that we would require a follow up appointment but, because of her ‘chair side manner’ we are both at ease about the upcoming visit.
Tafadwza’s nurse/assistant (sorry, didn’t get her name) also made an effort to keep us engaged and made sure the whole situation was lighthearted, without compromising on professionalism.
