Excellent dentist
All personal were friendly and courteous, giving the impression of a good work environment. The dentist was excellent, both proficient and efficient, taking the time to explain proceedings and address my concerns. Excellent service.

Fantastic dentist
I’m phobic in regards to dentists, my dentist now is absolutely fantastic, this is my second visit to her and I felt calm, didn't panic or cry, she is fantastic.

My experience
It was quite a stressful experience beginning 2 days before my appointment, when I received a phone message on Sunday afternoon! Which was difficult to understand. It seemed to encourage me to cancel the appointment, so I rang the practice then and again on Monday.
All was in order. Then the practice rang and asked if I could come 15 minutes before the appointment time. I had arranged a lift and had to change it. When I arrived 15 minutes early, I was told the dentist was running late!! I waited, my lift had to wait. Another patient came after me, told the same story and was then called in before me!!!!
The eventual check-up was only partial, after I mentioned a specific problem. Nothing could apparently be done about the problem.
