My experience
As expected, a simple check up, but disappointing that I was only able to see a locum. Ruth was great but informed me that today's appointment was likely to be the first and last.
I would really like to discuss some concerns I have with my teeth, however as a locum Ruth was unable to give a satisfactory response as she was simply not familiar with the Holt Lane practice or what it could offer. This is not a criticism of Ruth.
