Calm, informative
Arrived at dentist, greeted by professional warm receptionist, waited in clean airy waiting area, after a very short wait I was then led to dentist room by dental assistant who was friendly, when met my stand in dentist ( due to my needing a quick appointment due to an apple seed getting stuck in a filling and poping filling out ) the dentist was calming, explained all that she was going to do and was extremely helpful with any questions I had, during all procedures she remained calm and focused whilst still explaining what she was performing and what to expect ( noises / any drilling vibrations etc etc )
To summarise- professional, calm, informative, both the premises and all staff on site.

My experience at holt House dental practice, I am a very nervous patient, I was put at ease straight away tge dentist was honest explained things clearly listened to me. She also made me laugh any fear I had soon disappeared. I had the have some teeth out and a plate made they look so natural and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Tafadzwa your amazing xxxxxxx
