Emergency appointment
A broken filling caused issues. I was given an appointment in three days. The dentist was excellent. Created a new filling. The only dentist who has given me an anaesthetic injection without pain. The receptionist provides a professional and friendly service. 10/10 without reservation.

Check-up
Even though my appointment was short, I felt Tafadzwa actually listened to what I had to say. I asked her about a referral to the hospital, so after looking in my mouth, she asked if the referral was because of pain? I told her that it was, and also because of the depth of the roots.
X-ray & referral done, prescription in hand, appointment finished. This time, l feel like all the pain I have in my mouth is not going to last much longer, Tafadzwa's refered me to the hospital, so now I'm feeling more positive. Thankyou Tafadzwa.

I visited the practice this morning and had an excellent experience. There was no waiting, in fact I was seen early. The plan we had agreed to had changed over the last few days and we agreed on the extraction of a root, which she did there and then. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't feel a thing! - I've had some bad experiences in the past with other dentists. Also no waiting at reception when I went to arrange other appointments.
