After 12 years at Holt Lane dentist, it is the first time I have felt my appointment was useful, necessary and pleasant. Tafadzwa was excellent. Very approachable, efficient and super friendly.

Very pleased with dentist but long wait
I waited 35 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation or apology. The dentist was nice but I suspect she will leave like they all do.

Check up with a smile
I'm always nervous when I meet a new dentist for the first time (I've had a couple of bad experiences in the past) but Tafadzwa was great! Welcoming, funny and completely put me at ease. I normally find teeth cleaning really painful but she was so gentle! I really hope she stays with the practice and there for my next appointment.
