Best visit ever
Lovely Jane on the reception was as friendly and helpful as ever. I went in for my appointment (check up), I asked the dentist if she could look at my plate, it didn’t fit right and I hated it!! Straight away she said “this dosent fit at all and it’s massive!! I can reduce this for you today and take impressions to sort a new one for you” which is exactly what she did. I’ve asked many times about the plate and each time I’ve been told that’s the best they could do. I left there tearful but very happy!! Thank you.

Good service, lovely dentist
Had to wait 30 mins past my allotted time, however the practice is pleasant enough, the receptionist friendly and the dentist was lovely. Hope to be treated by her again.

So relieved to find an empathetic Dentist, 5*
I’d not been looking forward to this visit. Despite my parents looking after my teeth when I was young, I have neglected to go to the dentist for many reasons during my adulthood from being skint bringing the kids up to living overseas and ultimately when I did go, the Dentists were aloof and disinterested. My Dentist here is brilliant, she knows my teeth and gums are a mess but she still tries, giving me practical advice and levels with me. She’s very kind and understands the issues I face but I don’t feel unlike with other practitioners, that this lady is judging me for past neglect. One of the very few people that I can let inflict pain on me! Brilliant service all round from reception to clinical staff. Brilliant.

Excellent! Almost worth the wait
From the lovely, helpful patient receptionist that as ever is doing a wonderful job under difficult circumstances. To the new dentist Tafadzwa who was fantastic. She was personable, she put me at ease, she did exactly what I needed and wanted without making me come back for unnecessary extras like the previous NHS dentist the practice had. I came away really happy and feeling great about my teeth. Really hoping Tafadzwa stays as I am looking forward to seeing her again. Thank you for such great service.
