Understanding and helpful

I was having an extraction and was anxious as I'm on a blood thinner. But all staff were very understanding and helpful. And everything went okay.

Dental treatment received was good, only area which could improve was communication regarding the check up, advice on personal dental hygiene and what I needed to do at reception before leaving.

Following a filling coming out over the weekend I tried to get in at Dale Road dentists in Matlock but , they had no appointments available so they advised me to contact Holt house on Holt lane and they had a slot available thankfully. After a short wait the Dentist checked me over and had an x-ray on each side , followed by a temporary filling to ease the pain until my next appointment in 3 weeks.
I was happy with the service and will be back soon for my new filling.
