My experience
I felt that seeing a new dentist my examination of my teeth was totally inadequate. I expected a checkup of individual teeth to see if there was any deterioration. I have been under the dental hospital for Lichens Planus and suffer from dry mouth and considering my age I probably need a thorough investigation of my teeth. I was very disappointed by the length of my appointment too.

I was pleased with the service I received today at Holt House. I was accepted as an emergency appointment when I phoned in the morning. I was seen on time. The dentist was pleasant and explained everything that was done during the appointment

Put me at ease
The willingness of the reception staff to accommodate.
The personality of the dentist who was just amazing, I hate coming to the dentist but if they were all like the one I saw today, it would be great. He put me at ease and had a sense of humour whilst still being professional, I'm gutted he's leaving.
