My experience
Unfortunately I had to wait over half an hour for appointment, this not being the only time. Receptionist was friendly and apologetic but it is really frustrating especially when no one else appeared to be waiting.

My dentist Elizabeth, always carries out a very thorough check of the mouth, tongue neck etc during check ups which is very reassuring. She is always very friendly, and explains everything very well. As much as it can ever be when you go to the dentist, it is a pleasure to be treated by her.
