Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, from walking into reception which is meticulously clean and welcoming, to interacting with the friendly receptionist and dental staff all are professional and knowledgeable about any questions asked, and all information is relayed in simple and easy to understand manner, having been slightly nervous of a dentist visit over the years, this practice with their helpful informative and friendly but professional approach have readily eased my visits I would happily recommend this dental practice to anyone young or old.

Dental hygienist

Good service and pleasant staff, especially long standing receptionist and hygienist. I have been attending for several years now. Never had an unsatisfactory experience.

The staff are always helpful and friendly, and the dentist, Elizabeth James is the best dentist I’ve ever been to, she is always caring and excellent at what she does.

Dental appointment

When I made my appointment I made it very clear what the problem was, an old filling had failed and caused a piece of tooth to break off. It was obviously going to need some work. I was booked in for a 10 minute appointment which gave no time to do what obviously needed doing. You are wasting appointments and wasting patients time by operating your system in this way. I now have to wait for a 30 minute appointment but have no idea when that will be and my job is such that I can't just drop everything at the last second.
Very disappointed.
