Good
My experience
The receptionist was lovely and helpful. However the dentist was average. I’m confident that my treatment was successful but compared to previous dentists there was poor communication. Didn’t explain the procedure like my previous dentist did. Was very rough when handling my teeth and mouth. After the treatment was done there was again poor communication. Overall I’m happy with the service but thought there was a few points worth mentioning.

My experience
I was not aware that I would be seeing a different dentist, it was a bit of a shock, but he was very good.
The bannister on your staircase could do with a really good clean it was grubby and sticky and with Covid around not nice to use.

All options explained
The staff are so friendly from the check in desk to the Dental technicians, nothing too much trouble. Everything explained in detail, all options explained about various ways forward with treatment and expenditure. Beth is the absolute best dentist I've ever been treated by and would never even contemplate using anyone else.

All on time and very polite, friendly and helpful staff. The only drawback is my dentist, who has been excellent and made me feel confident and comfortable, is leaving. Really hope that whoever replaces him is as good. Wishing Osman Eltom good luck.
