Holt House Dental Practice

Having paid upfront for a check-up today (previous appointment cancelled by practice), I needed another appointment with the same dentist. On trying to book I was informed that the dentist was leaving at the end of August. I am on holiday for 6 weeks and thus unable to make an appointment in this time frame. I was then informed I would need to book another check-up with a different dentist at a further cost. Obviously, had I been given this information before I paid today (the new policy is payment is taken before the appointment) I would have cancelled.

Overall, how was your experience of our service? Very poor

Over several appointments which include an extraction and several fill

Excellent, professional and sympathetic treatment. An extraction and 4 fillings together with a careful assessment of my needs and an intelligent discussion of what was the best plan in terms of a plate etc for the future.
Saima seems to me the best dentist I have seen in 80 years of treatment. Please pass on my thanks to her. I am very sorry she is leaving.

HOLT HOUSE IS AMAZING RIGHT NOW. KEEP GETTING THE SAME BRILLIANT DENTIST. LOVELY RECEPTIONIST TOO. 5 STARS.
They went through a stage of changing staff to often. That seems to be over now!
