Lovely dentist

My dentist was lovely, had time to listen and explain things. Really like her, she makes you feel relaxed.
Also a different dental nurses came to the waiting room for a family with small children (a boy and a girl) he joked with them about their names asking if the boy was the girls name and the girl was the boys name. It made the children giggle and I thought how lovely it was and as some people are scared of the dentist this kind of atmosphere would take that fear away from a young age. He made it fun for them.

Very pleased with the service

Elizabeth was extremely professional, aware of my needs and concerns and she explained every procedure so I was kept informed and involved. I am very pleased with the service that’s been shown it’s excellent!

Very welcoming! Great dentist that was very informative!
The only issue was the wait time. I was waiting for half an hour even though I was on time for my appointment.

Holt House Dental Practice

Staff were good with my baby who came with me.
Appointment was 30+ minutes late which is difficult when you pay for a certain amount of parking and have a child.
Disability access is through a door of a dental room and had to wait a while to be able to get in.
