So patient, gentle and kind
After no dental appointments for 5 years as my dentist had retired, I was extremely anxious about a new practice and seeing someone new. Ruth Packer was amazing. So patient, gentle and kind. I felt safe and supported and I am so relieved to have found such a brilliant dentist. I would recommend her and this practice to anyone who is worried or nervous. They were brilliant today

After it being a long time to find a dentist in my new location. I am grateful I came across Holt House Dental in Matlock. I was very nervous, the team were friendly and professional. Very comprehensive examination. Then an explanation of the treat believed to be required.
When agreed this was carried out instantly so no chance to chicken out. Checked I was ok whilst completing the treatments. Then ensured I was comfortable before finishing with a scale & polish.
Very happy with treatment, costs were reasonable. Pleased I now have a dentist, happy smile 😀

Compassionate staff
Very understanding, compassionate staff. I booked in as an emergency as I was experiencing pain, I have extreme anxiety so this was my first trip to any dentist since pre covid. Yes, I embarrassingly fainted as I had worked myself up but everyone really looked after me and I will now be a regular…(Sorry Holt House Dental Practice!)
