How helpful, calming and kind the dentist was and staff were very pleasant.
General suggestion: it would be helpful to get an email with full receipt for pricing of treatment given or potential treatment.

The lady dentist is absolutely brilliant. She is so lovely and showed my son all my teeth as she counted them and checked them to reassure him for his check up. Really positive experience ☺

A genuine sense of care for her patients
My dentist shows a genuine sense of care for her patients. With recent treatment she has show great patience and is very gentle. My previous experience with my former dentist was that they were sometime quite rough and on occasions caused unnecessary discomfort when having treatment.

My experience
Dentist and hygienist were informative. Both were very efficient but the hygienist and assistant were particularly nice and kind. Rather long delay waiting (which happens -not an issue really but when I made a polite enquiry receptionist was rather brusque, cavalier and upset me - it wasn’t what she said but her manner and the way she said it)
