Very kind and reassuring

I turned up at the surgery 4 hours early as I was in a lot of pain and had been sick and was quite anxious - the receptionist was very kind and due to a cancellation I was seen straight away. The dentist and his nurse were very kind and reassuring which is exactly what I needed. Thank you.
