Was not kept waiting too long and the dentist was excellent.

On time, lovely hygienist who did a really good job.

Appointment cancelled three times. Dentists regularly late. Very frustrating.

I did not find my experience very good at all. I was an emergency appointment and from the moment I met he dentist I was asked to sign different things with no explanation of why. I was then in the dental chair for around 1 minute where my teeth were just poked and given antibiotics I had no idea as to why as it was not properly explained I had to keep asking myself as I was unsure what was going on. Then asked again to sign something else with no explanation.
I was then given the option to be referred on for my tooth removed but no time taken to explain if this should happen or why.
I left feeling completely confused after only being in the room probably no longer than a few minutes paying for that and coming away not really knowing where to go from here!
There was no explanation of what was going on or much time for me to explain, I was pretty disgusted with my visit and I will be looking at this point to maybe change dental practices, my father also came a few weeks ago seen by the same gentleman and had the same experience,
I am a nurse so aware of patient care and that certainly was not it.
