Your recent dental appointment

Went to the dentist 3 weeks ago with a chipped tooth, told I had to have it taken out! Got told by the dentist they had referred me to a specialist and it would be sorted within a week or two. Three weeks later the referral hadn't been sent off, as a result I've now got a abscess And been in agony for thelast three days. Been unable to work also so losing out on wages!!

My visit to hygienist was a good experience. Anna explained what she was doing and was gentle. Her assistant was also very competent.

Extremely knowledgeable and gentle

The dentist who I saw was excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable and gentle when examining you. Very professional and explains his findings very well. He did leave the dental practice, but has now returned. I am so very pleased that he has, he is an excellent dentist. He is just excellent. I thank him for coming back. Just outstanding. Thank you.

Recent dental appointment

Had to ask for a cup to rinse with.
Dentists English was very poor and was almost pushing me towards the most expensive option.

Hygienist was excellent, l am only sorry she s leaving.
Not enough staff on reception.
Toilet facilities below standard, cracked chipped seat, no paper towels

Very friendly and helpful staff. Experience as pleasant as it can be when you're not a fan of visiting the dentist! How many people do you know that need an anaesthetic to have a scale and polish!!

Receptionist always polite and courteous, prompt and efficient. Dentist new to practice, first experience great as had filling without LA for first time ever.
