Recent dental appointment
The treatment was fine. I gave only 4 points because I was kept waiting for over 20 minutes and my friend was waiting for me! I understand that some treatments run over time but as far as I could see there were no other patients coming out! On one occasion I was a few minutes late, maybe five minutes, because of circumstances beyond my control and I had to make another appointment - coming all the way back to Matlock from CALVER.

Very pleased with my experience
Very pleased with my experience at Holt House yesterday, I needed an urgent appointment, and they were able to see me that morning. Assessed, x-rayed, antibiotics prescribed with advice regarding worsening symptoms/future outcomes, couldn't have been better.
I must add that the lady on reception at this practice is outstanding, very polite, courteous and very caring.
