I can't fault my dentist
It was my first time visiting and the receptionist was very welcoming and professional and I can't fault my dentist and dental nurse, I had my first ever,filling and they were very quick and thorough.

Emergency appointment
The Receptionist is great and very helpful. Booked in for emergency - broken and painful tooth. Managed to get a cancellation appointment. Seen and dealt with without a long wait.
Unfortunately because no appointments available got a week's wait for painful tooth to be removed. I know it is no ones fault but perhaps a few emergency appointments could be more available.

Each Dentist within the pratice has allocated emergency slots that are made available on the day, these are only given to patients who urgently need to be assessed. These slots are very limited and we are unable to do treatment in this time, we book further appointments to have your treatment completed. if you wish to contact a member of the team where we can discuss your apppointments personally with you. Thank you

Our dentist is brilliant
The staff are excellent, Jayne the receptionist is always very helpful and polite and our dentist is brilliant, it's a pleasure to see her, shame she moving on, we wish her the best.

fGenesis Matlock - Holt House is an excellent practice, I have always had good treatment there, all the staff from reception to the dentists are most helpful and kind. I would recommend it to anyone.

They made me feel at ease
Appointment initially cancelled due to dentist being off poorly, but was given an alternative appointment. Receptionist very friendly and accommodating. Dentist and assistant very efficient and friendly. They made me feel at ease - thank you.
