Treatment good, staff very good. But not always good at sticking to appointment times I would pay more to get a guaranteed time every time.

Recent Dental Appointment
I had to wait a long time to check in because the lady in front of me didn't know if Universal Credit qualified her for free dental treatment & it was difficult to see on the hand held computer check in ipads - what about a simple poster sign to assistant ...... the receptionist couldn't help.
I only went for a check up but came out in severe pain from fast deep prods to my gums, a far to rapid inaccurate & painful removal of some tartar - left my mouth bleeding profusly. Attitude - I am 60 not 10 years old and should be spoken to as such when advising re flossing!! In 10 mins he checked my mouth (yanking my lips fiercely) stabbed my gums, scrapped off tartar making my gums bleed badly (which was very painful) and took 2 x-rays as well as doing the recording on the computer.....which gives you an idea of the care he took. I will not be making an appointment with this particular dentist again.
