Work done is of a good standard

Always polite and informative at reception, the dentist and assistants are professional , excellent at explaining any problems, and any work done is of a good standard.
Premises are clean and well maintained.
I've had no problems at all.

Dental appointment

Dentist seemed to be rushing the examination and not have time to listen to what I was trying to tell him. All other staff very professional and friendly.

Very considerate and thoughtful

I really liked the dentist I saw this time he gave me confidence and was very considerate.Reception has improved but I feel the receptionist can be quite anxious.I didn't have to wait this time.The loos are very scruffy

The receptionist is amazing

The receptionist is amazing. She is always very helpful and cheerful. The service from the dentist was exceptional and very reassuring. Very satisfied.

Dental appointment

Hygiene of the practice could be better . Dentist people could have better manners and respect to patients but reception staff and nurses are brilliant no problems

Recent dental appointment

Had an emergency filling. First appointment at 8.25. So wouldn't be late for work. Want seen till half past. Filling isn't smooth (back of my tooth) I did mention this at the time. Last time I came was asked if I could wait an hour for my appointment, my husbands was cancelled on Friday. Not impressed with Holt house.
