Awful

My usual dentist is off on leave. My new dentist was abrupt and unhelpful. I had to call the surgery after to check I had been referred as I need surgery and I am in pain. The dentist never confirmed so I had to go back. I saw another dentist who gave me medication for the pain and assured me the referral was made. A week later I have found out the referral had not been made. I am still trying to get to the bottom of why. I now have to wait 4 weeks in absolute pain for a procedure that has still not been confirmed and I will have to pay for weeks of medication. I have been at this dentist for 4 years and been happy. I intend to leave once this has been sorted as they cannot be trusted.

Dental appointment

The main problem with the surgery is the appointment system, appointments never run on time I've had to wait 40 minutes before despite arriving early andhad to leave to put more money on the meter. Booking appointments is equally as problematic there don't appear to be enough dentists to accommodate theamount of patients. I recently needed treatment was advised by dentist that I needed to book the appointment within 12 weeks to avoid paying more, I wasthen informed by the receptionist that it was 8 weeks and there were no appointments within that slot to accommodate my working hours or school pick ups.The system needs to improve otherwise I am contemplating leaving!

A good experience

Dentist and assistant we saw were polite, friendly and reassured my anxious 10 year old. The dentist gave my teeth a quick clean too, saving an additional trip to see the hygienist. We were also seen on time, overall a good experience.

Recent dental appointment

The service from going to reception desk who are always courteous and helpful to the dentist I saw, think she was the hygienist, who was the best dentist I have ever had, she was very forthright very skilled in her profession and answered any question I asked, best visit to Genesis yet and I have been registered 25 years maybe more thank you.
