Welcoming and professional
All staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. Felt comfortable and happy with the service received. The environment is very clean and well-presented. Fantastic customer service all round.

My experience
Very professional taking my tooth out but very disappointed that afterwards I was told that my appointment next week has been cancelled and taking me off the books. I made this appointment weeks ago and would have been seen on that day but unfortunately had this emergency today. I don’t think this is very professional treating your patient like this, why wasn’t I told this before making the appointment? I’ve been with you for years and I am very upset by this.

Made me feel comfortable
The dentist (Sian) and her dental assistant were amazing with me. I am absolutely petrified of the dentist and they have made me feel comfortable and kept me calm. They both were very kind and were chatting to me to keep me occupied whilst having my procedure done.

I am petrified of having needles in my mouth because of a very bad experience i had when i was a child, but cefn coed dentist are very friendly, and very understanding. Every time i visit my anxiety goes through the roof, but they do manage to calm me down, highly recommended.

The dentists put me at ease by always explaining whay they need to do/are doing and checking I'm ok throughout.

Made me feel at ease
I had to have a damaged and infected wisdom tooth removed and I've never been here before, I was very nervous but from the moment I stepped into the room to the moment I left they looked after me. Explained everything to the fine detail, made me feel at ease and talked me through everything with little pain. Amazing practice! Thank you to the friendly staff!
