Good to see staff that know you, are friendly and not a turn around of staff like in some places.
Unfortunately I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but, as usual, they couldn't be more understanding, patient and explain everything to make me feel at ease.

Clear communication
Very warm welcome and clear communication. My dentist is Lauren and her approach is welcoming and calming, talks and explains each time Lauren is doing something different. Very gentle and very good in what she does.

Emergency appointment
Everyone was friendly and polite. I felt comfortable and at ease from the time I entered the building, during my consultation and check up. I was pleased with the way the dentist listened and understood my problem. It's just a shame it was an emergency appointment rather than me being a patient of yours.
