Fantastic surgery

First of all Dominic it’s an outstanding young man, instantly made me calm as soon as I went in, his workmanship and his attitude is so appraising he had me laughing as well. I was met by a very polite, sociable and welcoming dental consultant and his very helpful and sympathetic assistant Rachel. Both succeeded in completely removing any trace of anxiety from a very nervous dental patient to the point where I was immediately put at ease and able to relax.

Yes that's correct " relax and dentist in one sentence" which is something I never pictured experiencing due to an extremely bad experience with a different practise, which left me with panic attacks when sitting in a dental chair.

I was asked what was I looking to have done, I was then provided with a clear explanation of what to expect during my consultation together with a detailed breakdown of what would be involved pre, during and post treatment.

I left the clinic feeling well informed and comfortable with my decision to continue with my procedure.

Wisdom teeth extraction

Not a pleasant environment for me at the best of times, let alone for wisdom teeth extraction. In all fairness Sian the dentist and her assistant Sheldon did a great job helping to keep me calm and comfortable. Sian explained everything thoroughly and outlined any possible problems or after effects of the surgery in a way that gave me confidence in her experience. As far as the extraction goes, no issues and both teeth came out as hoped. After care was detailed instructions on how to manage pain and keep the area clean and a follow up call the day later.
