I’ve been a regular patient of the practice over the course of 10 years, I’ve had a variety of dentists see me and I’ve had an excellent experience on every occasion. I would say that my experience today was slightly different. I was attending a yearly checkup and as such the dentist recommended a dental clean. I’ve had this in previous visits, it’s often a bit uncomfortable but the dentists have always been very considerate and clearly communicated with me the steps they were taking in the process, on this occasion this wasn’t the case. I didn’t have the protective eyewear that I’m typically given, (the water splashed up my face and into my eyes as the cleaning was happening). Secondly, the pressure and intensity of the cleaning was overwhelming, I was trying to stop myself flinching as a reaction. It felt like a rushed experience with little care taken for me as the patient, it was borderline painful which in past experiences it has not been. I wouldn’t typically fill in feedback but I feel it would help improve future patient visits. I also would opt for another dentist if this person was assigned to me at my next appointment.

First time at this dental practice and can honestly say I received a first class service, everything was explained to me as I'm on so much medication for a heart condition,no pain at all.

I've seen 3 different dentists here and they've all been amazing. I have problems with my jaw and they are so considerate when treating me. The reception staff are also really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
