Receptionist was very pleasant & gave good advice. The dentist, Lauren, explained the procedure to me & what to expect. She reassured me that my dental hygiene was good & advised on the sensitivity problems I have.

Siân and the team were absolutely brilliant. Had to be treated privately after my normal NHS dentist practice kept failing me and Cefn Coed was recommended. So glad I’ve managed to be treated here. I’d definitely return for treatment in the future. Felt like I was in safe hands, listened to and cared for properly for the first time in months and everything was fully explained. Siân went above and beyond to try and help ease the issues I’ve been experiencing. Wonderful service and care.

Visited Cefn coed dental practice for the first time to have the root of a tooth removed and some bone. A lovely person called Martin greeted me when I walked through the door. Very polite and extremely helpful. My dentists name was Sian, she was amazing as was her nurse. Not sure of her name but she has an Irish accent. All the time I was in the chair I felt relaxed and fully supported, I can't thank these ladies enough for looking after me so well. A brilliant team! Thank you! 😊

My appointment today was for a check up, which was straightforward. The only treatment necessary was smoothing over an uncomfortable jagged tooth as a temporary measure at present, possibly requiring an extraction going forward. Very satisfied and impressed with the professionalism of my dentist.
