Really nervous walking in , not a fan of the dentist, had a difficult tooth removed. If this was my regular dentist ( shan/Sian),@ cefn coed dental practice, I would never be afraid to go to the dentist EVER again. All the staff there are super friendly and do their best to make you feel at ease. 😊

Made us feel really comfortable
Thanks guys, we were a little nervous to visit the dentist but both dentist and assistant made us feel really comfortable as they were so friendly! The receptionist was also very lovely too. Our nerves disappeared, thank you!

My experience
6 months ago I had a checkup which revealed that I needed 3 fillings which included a repair. Was told that all 3 fillings would be done in 1 appointment so came for that appointment which turned out to be 1 filling and a clean and told to come back for the remaining 2. Today I came in for the final 2 to be done to then be told I have to come back again for the final filling. This is a massive pain. This type of thing will not be helping with shortage of appointments. The receptionist was lovely though and helped me get another appointment soon.

My first appointment with Cefn Dental, arrived early, seen early. Very friendly and professional. Seen by Emily who did a thorough initial examination. A few issues picked up and a follow up treatment appointment booked. The only thing I would point out is the practice being on a high street, parking could be an issue. My advice would be to factor in 10 minutes extra for parking.
