I was at ease straight away
Visited Sian and Jess Saturday. I was very nervous but they made me feel so comfortable I was at ease straight away ...2 highly qualified people with a fantastic understanding of how I felt. I would definitely attend again and next time with no worries, thank you so much.

They were so kind
I am a wheelchair user and when I was spoken to by the practice receptionist, they explained how I could access the surgery, which is accessed at the back via a ramp.
The dental practice was so helpful. Everything was explained to me and the nurse and dentist helped me onto the couch as I am unsteady on my feet. They were so kind and the dentist was very gentle as she treated me. I felt so reassured by their kindness and their professionalism.

Unfortunately I needed to visit the dentist.... fortunately I attend Cefn Coed practice and once again from front of house to dentist and assistant great service and treatment.
