I felt at ease
Went straight in to the appointment. Had X-rays and a good examination. Discussed options for straightening teeth. Booked for a consultation. Dentist and assistant were both very friendly and professional. I felt at ease in the dental chair. The clinic was very clean and tidy. Only downside is the difficulty getting a parking space to attend the clinic - which is of course out of their control.

I can't thank the girl on the desk for her help enough I was late for my appointment through being stuck for transport as my lift was stuck in traffic and they went above and beyond to help me by giving my antibiotics and another appointment to sort out the issue so thank you so so much xx

Referred for oral surgery from my own practice. Had a good experience at Cefn Coed. Staff were lovely. Dentist who I was treated by was very informative and talked me through what would happen and what to expect. Surgery was over and done within 20 mins. We would highly recommend them
