Very pleased with the service
Very friendly staff which puts people at ease. Especially Judith at reception. Lauren the Dentist had a very pleasant professional manner, and showed great consultation skills in determining my dental needs. Makes it much easier when having to go back for treatment. Very pleased with the service provided at Cefn Coed Dental Practice.

The dentist and his nurse were both perfect. Friendly and gentle. The dentist told me everything he was going to do before he did it and whilst doing it. He took a tooth out today and I honestly didn’t feel it and he was so quick.
100% recommendation for them.

I've not been to a dentist for a very long time. Having moved to Merthyr Tydfil last year we hadn't registered with a dentist.
I managed to get an appointment with Sian for a tooth extraction.
Sian and Jess were so lovely. I told Sian I was nervous and she talked me through everything.
When she'd actually taken the tooth out I didn't even realise!
Nothing was rushed and I felt very comfortable. Thank you so much Sian and Jess
