Very Friendly
Phoned the practice and explained I had toothache, Martin rang me back later that day with a cancellation appointment the next morning, 10/10.
On arrival the next morning I only had to wait for a few minutes and was called straight in by Emily. I explained what the problem was and she then explained what was going to happen and got on with the treatment, both were very friendly and chatty which made me feel at ease as I have a bit of a phobia of the dentist.

Sian and Jess are always friendly and completely put you at ease as do all the staff in Cefn coed. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. A great team and a credit to the practice.
