Very nice, relaxing experience, Dentist made me feel at ease and listened to my concerns, very professional, all the staff were nice calm and reassuring.

Staff were friendly and helpful, very pleased with the service provided.

All the staff were really pleasant. The dentist was excellent, she took the time to explain everything that she was doing.

I was greeted by the pleasant reception and the dentist was very clear in explaining the current situation regarding my damaged front tooth.

Lovely welcome by receptionist, it’s always nice and clean there, the hygienist and dental nurse were lovely and made me feel very relaxed and made sure I was ok throughout the whole procedure.

Lauren the dentist and Sheldon the nurse were very professional.

I won't beat around the bush, I have medical issues that make treating me difficult. I don't react to local anaesthetic very well, well more to the point, it's hit or miss if it will work, I have limited mouth opening and my jaw muscles are tight and spasm.
My appt was pre booked for just a check-up, but on the weekend I started getting immense pain in a root canal that was done in the autumn.
Ethan assessed it and asked if he could try and deal with it, so I didn't have to go home in pain. He had read my extensive notes by the dentist who managed to successfully anaethatise me previously and the issues I have. I was honestly shocked he was willing to try as I assumed I wouldn't get any treatment as I was only booked a short time slot for a check up.
He put 2 lots of LA in. We waited but tooth wasn't numb enough. Not willing to give up, he asked if I minded going to waiting room to allow the LA more time to numb whilst he treated next patients.
When he called me back, I told him than mouth was still deciding whether it was numb or not, so he gave me a third LA shot. This did have the desired effect and he set to work.
Ethan was so patient, so caring, put up the my banter (my coping mechanism for the stressful times). He has put a plan in place to help fix my troubled tooth for good. I can't be happier with the care he provided today
