I was very impressed
As this was my first time at this dental practice I did not know what to expect but I must say so far so good, very pleasant staff, I seemed to have a very good examination to see what work was needed. And I was very impressed with Lauren when she told me she was going to make inquiries as regards to me having Adrenal Insufficiency in case of the possibility that some of the treatment may need to be covered by the hospital. My last dentist never did this even though they were informed of this condition. So this young lady seems to have been trained well because even some medical people have looked at me with a blank expression when told what I have. So nothing but praise for one appointment.

They are a great bunch
I have had very happy experiences with Sian as my dentist, as well as the dental nurses who help alongside her.
She is always professional, calm, happy, friendly and willing to explain all procedures beforehand and never makes the appointment feel rushed.
Her dental work on my teeth has made me feel overall more confident and at ease with my appearance as I get older.
I never dread my visits to Cefn Dental Practice, I feel sure that I will be taken good care of and made as comfortable as possible.
All in all, they are a great bunch at this practice and deserve the praise and credit I have heard many in our community convey.

I have had the best experience at this dental surgery on moving to the area in 2020. Lauren explained treatments available to me and costs and arranging another appointment for a shield fitting. The team are amazing and I can’t thank them enough. Thank you.
