I had my previous dentures 30 years ago, been having pain in my lower right side of mouth, dentures over time became very loose so getting a brand new set. Jess, nurse, and Sian, dentist, first class, explaining as going along.

Tooth extraction - listened to and looked after
I was very nervous due to past traumatic experience with an extraction done elsewhere, but I was put at ease and treated with dignity the whole way through. I was offered stress balls (I highly recommend haha) and my partner was able to stay with me. I was able to take small breathers when it got a bit too much and was listened to when I expressed pain. By the end I could feel nothing but the pressure which unfortunately no dentist can help with without me being put under.
I can't express the relief once the tooth came out and I'm so glad it is. Thank you so much Sian and Jess, you both were stellar and made an otherwise horrible experience much, much easier to bear. I felt looked after and listened to and the extraction itself didn't take long all things considered.
I guess the end of my review is just to say if I ever need treatment like this again, I'll definitely be happy to come back despite the distance to my home. Highly recommend!

Sian was so calm and explained all my options in detail. This helped as my medical history and medication is complicated. The extraction from start to finish was half an hour and plain sailing. After care was explained to me comprehensively. Thank you for looking after me so well.

Always a lovely experience!!!
I am a 73 year old woman who has had some horrendous experiences in the past with the dental work and dentist themselves.
However to me Sian is an ‘Angel’ in that her kindness and compassion to me to make any experience that day would be as near painless and all but joyful as possible.
Sian is an amazing dentist and to give an example she performed an extraction and I never felt a thing so much so that as she pulled the offending tooth out I was just amazed to believe it was out!!!
It is such a great feeling to have 100% confidence in every action she makes or every suggestion she gives to me about my teeth and I feel totally blessed.
I would also wish to add that her dental Nurse ( so sorry not to know it) has been again so kind and professional in everything she has done throughout my treatment.
